The electrically insulating housing (1) has a lower part (2) forming inclined side walls and an upper part (3) receiving a first contact (8). Between both parts there is a throttle plate (4) with holes (9) for the electrically conductive liquid (5). A second contact (4) is positioned at right angles to and apart from the first contact, so that the liquid flowing through the throttle plate holes which are effective in the direction of acceleration makes a connection between the two contacts according to predetermined values for acceleration and duration of acceleration.
