<p>The door frame consists of a metal profile unit, with a cutout for the lock and bolt. The cutout (2) is sited in a pressed-out section (10) of the metal profile, which is elevated towards the door leaf side. An attachment (11) serving as stop for the lock and bolt can be fitted in the impressed area. The cutout can be made, by punching, with the door narrowing in this area, allowing standard locks to be fitted in very thick doors.</p> |
