PURPOSE:To carry out effectively the above-mentioned treatment without generating waste water, by separating gypsum, iron, EDTA and the solid matter from the liquid qhich has absorbed SOx and NOx simultaneously, converting the absorbed NOx component to N2 by calcining the dried solid matter and reregulating the liquid containing the catalyst by using the recovered iron and EDTA.
