PURPOSE:To obtain said extruder for a light transmitting fiber material free from a contamination and of a good transparence, by attaching a vent chamber provided with a deaerating port and a polymer takeout port between a polymer carrying part composed of a screw and a barrel and a shaft seal part of the bearing of a screw driving part. CONSTITUTION:A vent chamber 4 provided with a deaerating port 5 and a polymer takeout port 6 is installed between a polymer carrying part 12 composed of a screw 1 and a barrel 2 and a shaft seal part 8 of the bearing of a screw driving part at an extruder and the screw of the carrying part 12 is provided with a positive screw to extrude a polymer fed from a polymer feeding port 3 from a tip part 7 of the extruder normally, also the screw part between the polymer feeding port 3 and the vent chamber 4 is provided with a reverse screw and a part of the fed polymer is taken out from a polymer takeout port 6 and the mixing of a contaminant is prevented. It is preferable that the scraping device 11 of the polymer and a baffle plate 13 by which the polymer can not reach to a shaft sealing part 8 are provided in the vent chamber 4. |
