In domestic machines, the motor shaft 3 is usually provided with a centrifugal switch 2, 4 which breaks the contact in the event of a stoppage and low motor speed. To start the motor, a bypass of this switch is therefore required. Instead of a separate start button as in previous designs, according to the invention this function has been built into a clock 5 as a second switch 21, which can be operated by turning its knob 14 to an acceleration position. The knob thus has in turn a zero position, an acceleration position to which the knob returns on release, a stable operating position and a continual series of adjustable time positions of the usual type for a clock. <IMAGE> |
