The fuel pump for an oil burner as in the main patent has its casing (2) closed on the upper side by a lid (4). The inlet connection (6) for low pressure fuel connects with the pump (12) through the filter (10). The pumping action takes place by the rotation of the eccentric rotor (12) connected to the drive shaft (18). The intermediate piece (14) is fixed to the shaft. The outlet connection (30) is mounted on the side of the casing. A by pass connection (21) is joined to the pump after a control regulator (26). The flow can be set by adjusting the position of the eccentric.
