Sack supporting column parallel guide - has top and bottom parallel links with pivot heads and length adjustment

The parallel guide is for the sack supporting column in a valved sack filling machine with an electronic weighing unit connected to a power absorption device loaded by the column. It comprises top and bottom parallel links working in bearings on column and machine frame at opposite ends. The top and bottom links (7) have pivot heads (8) at each end, and between the heads is a mechanism (10, 11) adjusting the link length. A rod has right and left hand threads, onto whose ends the heads screw. Each head can have a pendulum type ball bearing.
