<p>A measurement scanner arrangement enables an additive operational method by combining several scanners for path length measurements. It also enables flexibility of operation by allowing several measurement ranges to be achieved from a small number of scanners with different ranges. An arrangement for determining the measurement data of an adjustment device has at least two scanners arranged in opposite direction or in the same direction. To provide reproduction of the measured values the measurement scanners contain pulse counting devices, determining the magnitude of the measured length.</p> |
