<p>The machine produces, fills and if necessary seals plastic containers, having an extrusion press with head producing a hose section, and a split mould, opening and shutting and reciprocating between head and filling station, accommodating a length of hose at a time. A conveyor belt (15) is mounted below the head (10) and the filling station (12), transporting the finished containers, open at the top, when the mould (13) is open. These are aligned by a centring mechanism underneath the filling station between the open mould halves. Belt and mechanism are built into the machine below head and filling station, and can form separate units or a single assembly.</p> |
