The concrete components are prefabricated in individual moulds with compacting by vibration. The vibration frequency can be continuously adjusted. Optimum compacting is ensured with dense matrix for all mixture ratios. The shaking frequency of the vibrators is adjusted in relation to the concrete technology variations. The increasing concrete weight on compacting is used as the regulating value. For best compacting quality, the product of min. vibration amplitude and min compacting time is used. Acceleration and impedance can be also used as the regulating value. The power or current absorption of the vibration motors are other possible regulating values.
