1519650 Enzyme coupled ultrafiltration membranes H P GREGOR 2 Nov 1976 [7 Nov 1975] 45437/76 Heading C3H Trypsin is coupled via CNBr to an ultrafiltration membrane by forcing a solution of the liquid under a pressure of at least 10 psig. through the porous membrane containing CNBr to couple the enzyme to the membrane and removing excess liquid. Examples describe loading cellulose acetate film with trypsin via CNBr and using it to remove protein contaminants from solutions containing them. Use of such membranes to purify HSA is also described.
|
