BREATHER PORT FILTER FOR A MASTER CYLINDER

The master cylinder of e.g. a vehicle braking system is provided around its upper rim with a shoulder against which a cover seats, the cover being held in position by e.g. a spring clip. The cover is provided with a breather hole in which a filter is located. The filter prevents humid air or water entering the master cylinder.
