PURPOSE:To prevent a sagged part from adhering in advance at the pasting of a leader tape to the end of stock by a structure wherein holding members, which hold both ends of the leader tape and onto which anti-adhesion treatment is applied for preventing sticking part from adhering, are provided along both the ends of the leader tape, which is drawn out between the cut stocks. CONSTITUTION:A catch member of the bonding part of a leader tape consists of a member, which has a L-shaped in cross section and onto the top surface 19d of the hook part of which anti-adhesion treatment to sticky parts 20a and 20b such as Teflon(R) coating or the like is applied. Even when sagging develops in the leader tape 20, which is drawn out with a leader tape drawing-out unit 21 at the drawing-out of the leader tape 20, respective sticking parts 20a and 20b do not stick to the cut ends 10b of a stock 10. Further, at the completion of the drawing-out of the leader tape, both the end sticking parts 20a and 20b of the leader tape are once held by the top surfaces 19d of the hook parts of the catch members 19a and 19b of the bonding part of the leader tape. After that, the catch members 19a and 19d of the bonding part of the leader tape are retracted so as to bring the sticking parts 20a and 20b into contact with the ends 10b of the stock. |
