<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate small bend of a cable by horizontally supporting both ends of a line-pass pipe with a branch arm dichotomously formed and by swinging the whole line-pass pipe up and down simultaneously with a traverse roller in coiling the cable in an alignment manner. CONSTITUTION:A branch arm 3' branched from an arm 3 of a traverse roller 2 is formed dichotomously, with which both ends of a line-pass pipe 4 is horizontally supported. In order to coil a flat cable 5, it is passed through in the following order: a guide roll 7 a line-pass pipe 4 a traverse roller 2. The cable 5 is chucked with a bundle frame 6 of a bundling machine. Then, by rotating the bundle frame 6 and a heat-shaped cam 1, the traverse roller 2 and the line-pass pipe 4 are swung horizontally and at the same time up and down to coil the cable 5 round the bundle frame 6 in alignment. Small bend of the cable 5 after the coiling can thus be eliminated.</p> |
