In (I), X1, X2 and X3 are each amino or protected amino; X4 is H or hydroxy; R1 is H or lower alkyl; R2 is C8-24 alkanoyl which may have one or more substituents, selected from hydroxy, amino, azido, epoxy, protected hydroxy and protected amino, C8-24 alkanoyl or C8-24 alkylcarbamoyl. |
