<p>A sterilising dish has an interior face of the base and/or a removable cover which is perforated and is covered with a filter sheet of paper or textile material. The filter sheet is sandwiched between the interior face and a removable perforated pressure plate which is curved to a slight cylindrical convexity towards the filter sheet. A first edge of the pressure plate is clinched towards the filter sheet by two, spaced hook fittings, pref. springs clips, fixed to the interior face. The first edge now has two, open-ended edge slots to engage the two hook fittings and thus locate the plate against displacement parallel to the first edge. The second edge, opposite the first, pref. has two holding-down clips which become positively and automatically engaged simply by pressing down the pressure plate against the interior face. The holding-down clips have to be manually released, pref. by sliding two catches. Used for medical equipment, surgical instrument, dressing etc. Rapid, positive and secure fixing or filter sheet and pressure plate, with subsequent rapid and easy release of the assembly is provided.</p> |
