摘要 <p>A power/frequency converter includes a transformer (1), a multiplier stage (4) and a voltage/frequency converter (6) to generate an output of a frequency dependent on the input power. An input current (I) is applied to the input (8, 9) of an electronically compensated current transformer (1). The secondary winding is connected to load resistors (2). The voltage developed across the load is fed to one pair of inputs of a multiplier stage (4) and the input voltage (U) is fed to the other pair. The output voltage (K) is proportional to the input power and feeds a voltage/frequency converter to generate an output of which the frequency depends on the DC component of (K). The multiplier (4) also controls a switching circuit (7) which regulates the connection of load resistors (2). An output signal of frequency (f2) is obtained by way of a divider stage (6) also controlled by the load resistor switching stage.</p>
