The impact element for pulverising crushers is designed to allow an easy replacement of the slat even after prolonged operation of the crusher. The impact element has edges (10, 11, 12, 13) which during the operation are in continuous contact with the material to be pulverised. In its flat surfaces (14, 15) the element has grooves (16, 17) in rotor-axial direction with staggered axes, to enable adjustment of the element on the rotor. The grooves serve for radial fixing on the rotor. To achieve axial fixing on the rotor the elements are provided with trumpet-shaped recesses (18, 21). The edges of the recesses are parallel to the grooves with lateral parts (18, 19) encroaching on the groove width. These parts mesh with lateral plates (29, 30) on the rotor. The contact between the plates (29, 30) and the edges (31, 32, 33, 34) is only along short lines facilitating easy assembly and disassembly of the elements due to the absence of clogging by settled ground materials.
|
