<p>Foam polymer strips are set into the holes of perforated bricks using a conveyor belt for the bricks. At least one endless feeder chain runs parallel to the belt, it has grips to pick up preformed strips at one point and carries them to the inserting point which has >=1 inserting punch, the punch moves the strips axially out of the grips, through a tool and into the holes in the bricks. Fully automatic process with very low wastage is provided.</p> |
