PURPOSE:To increase the conversion efficiency of silicon solar cells, by preventing the increase in the sheet resistance of the diffusion layer even for shallow junctions and by making the heat process in the manufacturing processes less than 1,000 deg.C, through the constitution of the electrodes at the diffusion side as mesh or comb shape. |
