The soy cheese may be a process cheese containing sodium caseinate, vegetable fats and oils, polyphosphonates, flavourings, gums, and gelatin. The final product may be a butter cake, sponge cake, cooky, bread, a bun or dumpling stuffed with minced pork, a Ganmodoki or a Shaomai. Named ingredients are egg yolk, raw cream, flour, heated cow's milk, starch, sugar, peas, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cabbage, shallots and leeks. |
