In the above formula, R 1 and R 2 are F, Cl, alkyl, haloalkyl or together form a cyclic structure, A is a substituted ethylene radical containing at least one F atom, the Z radicals represent H, F, Cl, Br, various alkylene or haloalkylene groups or cyclic systems, M is H or CH 3 , m is 1-40, and n is 0-40. The compositions may be used as shampoos or hair rinses.
