End 64 is secured to adhesive 55 on section 54 of tape strip 50. Surface 60 of the paper release sheet 58 may be silicone release coated to have less adhesive affinity than surface 62. Adhesive 58 may be a hot melt adhesive. Section 54 is releasably attached to surface 60. Release sheet 58 may terminate adjacent side edge 30 and end 64 may be unattached, or attached by an adhesive line 74. In Figure 7, end 64 of release sheet 58' is stuck to section 54 of tape strip 50 to prevent the latter being torn from the diaper when release sheet 72 is removed. |
