The threads are composed of continuous filament synthetic high polymer materials, particularly polyamides. Teh first 3-30 m of the warped threads are drawn into a warp knitter and knitted into a fabric. As the fabric continuously leaves the warp knitter, immediately it emerges it is given a rapid dyeing for fabric faults to be detected and marked. The process gives a rapid indication of faults which can be used for correcting the warping action to avoid striped effects and other unwanted characteristics.
