<p>A rod is placed in the guide tube in which it is clamped in a sleeve so that the rod is connected to a push rod. The push rod is connected via a vane which protrudes from a slit in the guide to an endless chain. One of the chain wheels is connected to the drive motor. The other chain wheel is connected by a coupling to three stop discs, when the front end of the material rod, which is to be fed in passes a probe. The stop discs stop the chain drive, after summation of their angles of rotation, in the required position.</p> |
