Solid and liquid solns. of medicaments (I) having improved resorption in the gastrointestinal mixture of 6-12C fatty acids and oleic acid monoglyceride (II). The (I) may be g-strophanthin. In an example, 1 mg g-strophanthin was dissolved by heating it in 1g of a mixture of 50 pts. caprylic acid and 50 pts. (I).
