A receptacle of flexible rubber coated fabric has a ring assembly 5, 6 clamped to its outlet and to which is attached an inflatable pneumatic bag 8 which, when inflated, expands radially inwards to secure a removable cover-plate 9 in position. The plate, which may be chained to the ring assembly, has handles 22, 23 and rests on the top of a circular wall 21. The bag comprises a continuous rubber sleeve with its edges clamped in grooves formed in the assembly, and is inflated via a valve 10. |
