The ringer has an oscillating armature to which the flux of a permanent magnet is applied at each of its end positions. A leaf spring applies a pressure to it in one of its directions of movement. The leaf spring (14) has a reinforcement zone (24) extending over most of its length, permanently joined at its ends (25, 26) to the spring, and produced by the spring deformation along its longitudinal axis.
