Rolling joint assembly for multiple articulated vehicles - has hollow shaft for passage of actuating and supply elements

The rolling joint is used in multiplying articulated vehicles. This joint ensures independent deflection of wheel axles about the vehicle longitudinal axis. The supply pipes and other functional elements are protected at their penetrations without adversely affecting articulation of vehicle sections. The rolling joint shaft (12) fastened on rear part of vehicle is hollow and the rolling joint shaft in front part of vehicle is held in convex bearings. The supply and functioning elements of the vehicle are passed with watertight sealing through these hollow shafts. The flexible elements or ropes are guided in the centre of hollow shaft (12) and through watertight flexible round seals (17) at hollow shaft ends. One or more actuating rods are arranged concentrically at the hollow shaft centre. These rods are free to rotate and can move axially.
