The present invention relates to an information display system and an information display method, capable of improving the convenience of a user. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the information display system includes a user operation control unit, a first region display unit, a second region display unit, and a control unit. The user manipulation control unit determines the manipulation of a screen image of a terminal by a user when the user manipulates the screen image of the terminal and handles the information on the determination. The first region display unit displays a first region including a first main region having first main information and a second main region having second main information on the screen image of the terminal by the user. The second region display unit displays at least one among a first sub region having at least one first sub information corresponding to the first main information and a second sub region having at least one second sub information on the second region adjacent to the first region of the screen image of the terminal of the user. The control unit moves the first and second sub regions in a first direction when the user manipulation control unit recognizes the manipulation of the screen image for the second region by the user, and sequentially displays the first and second sub regions on the second region. |
