<p>PURPOSE:To provide the title system intended to ensure longline hurling work to be made smoothly and easily, so designed that delivery machines and a longline hurling machine are mutually connected through a hydraulic circuit to prevent the main longlines from entanglement and dropping when the operation of the longline hurling machine is stopped. CONSTITUTION:When P and A boats and B and T boats are respectively communicated with an operational valve 7 and a longline hurling machine 1 is not stretching a main longline 14 from a delivery machine 4, another delivery machine 3 is not actuated; therefore, a hydraulic motor 5 is also not actuated, and the oil in a hydraulic pump unit 6 is returned from the hydraulic motor 2 via a manifold 13, an oil pipe 11 and the valve 7 to the unit 6 by the brake control of a brake force-regulating valve 10. On the contrary, when the machine 1 is stretching the longline 14, the delivery machine 4 is actuated and rotated to effect suction of part of the oil in a pipe 8, said part of the oil being then returned via a check valve 9, the return oil pipe 11 having a valve 10 and the valve 7 to the unit 6, and at the same time, excess oil is returned via the manifold 13, the oil pipe 11 and the valve 7 to the unit 6, thus the main longline 14 is hurled while the rotation of the delivery machine 4 is being synchronized with the longline hurling machine 1. And the P and T boats are connected whereas the A and B boats are blocked, thereby stopping the operation of both the motor 2 and the delivery machine 4, resulting in stopping the operation of the longline hurling machine 1.</p> |
