<p>Triazolopyridazine compounds such as 8-methyl-6-morpholino-s-triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazine or 3,8-dimethyl-6-piperidino-s-triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazine are prepared by the reaction of a 3-hydrazino pyridazine with a lower alkanoic acid. The compounds are useful as hypotensive agents, and certain of the compounds are also active as bronchodilators.</p> |
