The object of this installation is to automatically provide for the cleanliness of the seat of the bowl. The installation uses the weight of the water, necessary for discharging the contents of the bowl in order to perform the tasks of cleaning and of exchanging the cleanliness screen (10, 30, 37) placed successively on the top of the bowl after each use, while the mechanical means used do not take up any extra floor surface with respect to the bowl. Brushes (65), which do not require rotation for performing their task, participate in the cleaning and drying of the cleanliness screens, as well as a cleaning solution prepared by the installation and which continues its action in the bowl after discharge of its contents. <IMAGE>
