PURPOSE:To avoid a trouble accompanied by a rapid increase in load while stabilizing the control by providing an auxiliary feed means for feeding a mixture to an engine, end controlling this means into the feed state as the differential value of the deviation between a target rotating speed and a detected rotating speed becomes larger than a set value. CONSTITUTION:In a one having a carburetor K having a venturi 2 and a throttle valve 3 provided in an intake passage 1 of an engine E to regulate the engine speed by regulating the opening of the throttle valve 3, an auxiliary feed means H for feeding a mixture to the engine E is provided. The auxiliary feed means H is formed of a bypass passage 5 connected to the intake passage 1 to bypass the throttle valve 3 and a bypass valve 6 having a solenoid 7 as the driving source for opening and closing the bypass passage 5. The solenoid 7 is controlled by a control means V to the valve opening side as the differential value of the deviation between a target rotating speed and a detected rotating speed becomes larger than a set value, and also controlled into the valve closing state as the differential value becomes smaller than the set value. |
