<p>PURPOSE:To punch along a rapping line correctly in the state of holding flatness all times by providing two templates in about the same shape as a punching product part, fitting one part of the templates to a mobile die via an elastic body, providing the other part of the templates as the substrate of a fixed die and placing a punching paper on the upper face of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:Templates 13, 25 having the external shape in the dimension slightly smaller than the external shape of a punching product made so as to interpose from both faces the part becoming a product at punching time respectively are provided on a mobile die 10 and stationary die 11. The mobile die 10 is descended in the state of interposing the upper and lower both faces of a punching paper 1 by the templates 13 and 25, the template 13 is ascended along the internal face of a projecting blade 14 by compressing an elastic body 20 and pushed to an internal part 16. At this time, due to the energizing force by the elastic body 20 being applied on the punching paper 1 via the template 13, pressure is uniformly acted on the whole body of the interposed punching plate 1. When the projecting blade 14 is descended by being brought into contact with the punching paper 1, the punched chip part of the circumference is separated from the line punched at the previous stage.</p> |
