Solns. with improved absorption in gastrointestinal tract - produced by warming pharmaceutical cpd. with 6-12 carbon fatty acids

Prodn. of solid and liq. solns. of pharmaceuticals with improved absorption in the gastro-intestinal tract comprises dissolving the pharmaceutical with heating in 6-12C fatty acids. The use of g-Strophanthin (I) or hydroxyphenyl methylamino ethanol (II) is claimed. In examples (a) 1 mg (I) was dissolved in 1 g caprylic acid, (b) 140 mg (II) have dissolved in 1 g. caprylic acid and (c) 1 mg. (I) was dissolved in 1 g of capric acid.
