<p>The signal generator, for remote controls, consists of an optoelectronic switch comprising two plates between a light source and two photodiodes. One plate is fixed and has two holes each opposite one diode. The second plate has several holes and moves to and fro across the direction of the light from the source or its rotates. The pulses at the diode outputs can be passed on directly without the need for a digital counter. The assembly comprises the adjustable mask (3), the light source (L), the fixed plate (2a, 2b) and the two diodes (D1, D2).</p> |
