Oil drum handling system - uses trolleys each with drum support fork and automatic lock for mounting on distributor carriage

The manipulator for oil drums has a trolley which may be mounted on a distribution carriage by an automatic locking device. The trolley may comprise two upright members connected by a handle bar whose two ends carry locking elements. The lower ends of the uprights carry a drum support including two fork elements connected by braces, and two small wheels mounted on a common shaft. Each fork element pref. has an inclined lower face. The drum support may include a pivoted handle whose movement towards the rear is limited by a stop plate on one of the braces.
