The wheel axle is mounted onto the hinged bracket (3) which is fixed at the ends (4) by means of a loop (5). The shock absorber body (6) is fixed by a bracket (7) to the wheel hub assembly. The top of the absorber has a flange (8) which holds a helical spring (9) located around the spindle (11). A second flange (10) is bolted onto the vehicle body and locates the top end of the helical spring. The elastic mounting has a A shaped bracket (13) which covers the elastic material (16). This material holds a bar (15) which is fitted with two end bolts (17) and (18). The bracket rests on a bottom plate (14) which sits on the boss (12) at the top of the absorber.
