PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body having a high sensitivity by incorporating a specific hydrazone compd. to the titled body as the electron transfer substance. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer contains the hydrazone compd. shown by formulas I, II or III, as the electron transfer substance. In the formulas, X is O, S or an imino group, R<1> is an alkoxy, an aralkyloxy or a substd. amino group, R<2> and R<3> are each H, a halogen atom or an alkyl group, R<4> is H, an alkyl or a phenyl group, R<6>-R<9> are each an alkyl, a phenyl or an alkoxy group, etc., A is a group shown by formulas IV, V or VI (wherein Y and Z are each S, O or N-R<17>, R<14> and R<15> are each H, an alkyl or an alkoxy group, etc., R<16> is H, an alkyl or an alkoxy group, etc., R<17> is 1-4C an alkyl group), B is an aryl group.
