The decoration ornament using a film-like fluid current has an outlet (32) to an outlet box (40) which contains an alignment member (44) which regulates the fluid and an outlet bore (42) which is provided at the bottom to supply the controlled fluid downwards. A distributor (34) converts this supply of fluid into a film-like fluid current beneath and opposite the outlet bore (42). A supply pipe (36) feeds the fluid up to the outlet (32) which is supported by a holder (38) which also supports the distributor (34) and takes up the fluid. The alignment member (44) is pref. made of a porous material such as rubber sponge, natural sponge or a sponge of synthetic resin. The flow of the fluid is continuous without noise or any spray. The liquid used has a viscosity of 1-100 cP and may be water (with additives) or an organic liquid.
