The maize harvester has three feed channels which are inclined to each other in their region facing the cutter intake channel. In the material delivery region the pick-ups of an endless conveyor mechanism passes through them. As an outer (2) and the middle feed channel into a feed channel (12) in the region of the material delivery, while with four feed channels (34-37), the outer (34 or 37) and the adjacent channel (35 or 36) run to a feed channel (38,39). This central feed channel passes the pick-ups (5) of the conveyor mechanisms (6) fitted to the two relevant feed channels. The bases (13) of all feed channels lie on the same plane in this region.
