<p>The regulator housing has an axially moving mushroom shaped jet breakdown insert. The upper end of this insert forms a plate with teeth on its circumference. The pressure of the emerging water moves this plate from the upper end position into a lower end position. The jet regulator insert has a screen acting as the upper holder. The insert has a radially inwards projecting round shoulder on which rests the toothed disc of the insert in lower end position. The shoulder inside diameter is smaller than the outside diameter of the toothed disc. However, the inside diameter of ring is greater than the core diameter of the insert. The outlet end screen has central holes into which projects downwards the pin of the insert with a clearance.</p> |
