<p>The conveyor and pump is for the internal surface coating of hoses. It has an appliance for the axial vertical movement of a hose, partly filled with coating fluid, and a constant re-fill of used fluid, to maintain a constant fluid level in the vertical hose section. The appliance consists of two similar ring unit conveyers, with independently driven rings, one of which is horizontally displaceable. The rings have external projections. The units are positioned relative to each other and fastened within the appliance, so that the rings are aligned. Neighbouring level parallel rings with facing external sides extend vertically, to move the hose at a certain speed, and simultaneously convey the fluid within it, in an upward direction.</p> |
