<p>Electric coffee machine with a heating unit which may be placed on to or over a coffee pot and includes a water heater and fresh water container which supplies the heater. The heating unit (10) includes a warming plate (18) on its base, which after rotating the heater unit by 180 degrees is used as the support surface for the coffee pot. The cover of the fresh water container (24) is shaped as a bowl to hold the remainder of the water and is attachable to the fresh water container by means of a snap closure (26, 28). A coffee filter may be superimposed on to the coffee pot, being located largely within the pot itself.</p> |
