PURPOSE:To prevent air from being involved between a sheet and a thin film and to make peeling uniform by bringing an adhesive sheet which is guided to a pressure roll into circular pressure contact with the thin film on a substrate and running the sheet in the opposite direction from the moving direction of the roll. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive film area a1 and an easy-to-peel film area a2 are formed on the thin film (a) on the substrate 1. Further, the adhesive sheet (b) mounted on a roll support shaft 9 is wound around a take-up shaft 11 after being guided to the lower peripheral surface of the pressure roll 10 with the adhesive surface down. Then the substrate 1 is fixed on a surface plate 3 and the adhesive surface of the sheet (b) is pressed against the thin film (a) by lowering the roll 10; and then a frame which supports the roll, etc., pivotally is run while pressed in the opposite direction from the take-up direction of the sheet (b) and the same time, the sheet (b) is wound while the area a2 is stuck on the sheet. Consequently, a pattern consisting of the area a1 is formed on the substrate 1. |
