PURPOSE:To increase mechanical strength such as tensile strenth, the strength for compression load or the like and manufacture a cushioning material having a non-adhesive surface by filling and sealing a silicone gel cured material of specified penetration inside a coated material composed of thermoplastic elastomer or thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:Liquid silicone gel is filled in a hollow expanded section of a sheet 4 composed of thermoplastic elastomer or thermoplastic resin, and then the liquid silicone gel is cured to form a silicone gel cured material 3 of 50-150 penetration, and a separately provided sheet 5 composed of a thermoplastic elastomer or thermoplastic resin is welded on the sheet 4 to form a closed coated material 2. An adhesive material 6 and a sheet 7 for peeling are coated on one surface of the sheet 5. A plurality of cushioning materials 1 connected in the vertical and horizontal directions are formed simultaneously, and notches 8 are provided for cutting and separating into respective pieces of cushioning material 1. |
