The mounting for double-layered door or window wings in a blind frame has a hollow profile bar with one or more connecting pieces made of non-heat-conducting material. Notching elements are incorporated, with tongue and groove action, to ensure maintenance of the turned engagement position of the connecting piece on the bars. The piece may have two flanges, linked by a cross arm stem with an outside groove, so that when it is turned into position they lock between edge pieces on the bars, onto lengthways ribs.
