<p>The current supply process of several semiconductor elements uses series resistors in front of the individual elements whose value differs from zero, as in 2642327. the resistors are in the form of a medium, connecting all components, which is made of conductive plastics and/or rubber parts with embedded metal particles. Preferably the conductive medium has sufficient elasticity to provide good contact by compression of the semiconductor element contacts, in order to safeguard the necessary current supply. The elastic conductive medium may be in the form of a plastics and/or rubber cylinder whose cavity is filled by a metal wire conductor.</p> |
