The system consists of a number of modules, esp. printed circuits, allocated to a certain control function. The printed circuit outputs are connected to a control element of a control path, esp. a crossbar distributor. A transient pulse generator is allocated to each module which is activated when the generator is switched on. The system includes a central module (40) connected via wires (41) to a large number of subsidiary modules (25, 26, 27) in parallel. These modules make up a control unit (20) and they are connected to buttons on a keyboard. The subsidiary modules (25, 26, 27) are individually connected to corresponding relays (35, 36, 37) in a relay card (30).
